Who can become an authorized ACC reseller?
Anyone with training in the automotive sales sector and being, at least, a micro-entrepreneur.
Required conditions
Authorized service centers are required to continuously comply with ACC's standards in terms of service levels, technician certification, and service availability for customers. ACC will conduct regular audits and checks of authorized service centers to ensure that these stringent standards are consistently met.
Premises
The organization must have dedicated service staff in an easily accessible location. The premises must include a clean and presentable reception area for customers seeking walk-in service and a secure workshop. An authorized service center cannot be located at a residential address.
