Zax Wheels

The development of wheel models began in 2013 when the first Tesla Model S hit the road in Norway. 0-100 tests became popular and reducing rolling noise was very relevant. We learned to design wheels for electric vehicles after 4 to 5 years of testing different wheel designs on the S, X models and from 2019 for the Model 3. The wheels must be as light as possible and we must reduce as much as possible the weight to the farthest diameter. Over the past seven years, several thousand hours of measurements have become valuable knowledge that we now use in the ZAX program.

We are a mix of skilled people from Asia, Central Europe, the Baltics, and Scandinavia.

Our goals with the ZAX program are to develop wheels that improve the EV on the road. With better acceleration, extended range, and less rolling noise than original wheels or traditional replacement wheels.

Zax Wheels presents a wide selection of ultra-light design wheels developed to increase the range of electric cars and improve the acceleration of electric vehicles and sports cars. We have extensive electric vehicle programs: Performance EV, Tesla Performance models, SUV and 4x4, commercial vans, and motorhomes. The selection contains a spectacular range of production methods and metal alloys, such as forged magnesium, forged aluminum, rotary forging, and low-pressure casting.
